Michael Bay brings us 6 Underground based on the premise:

What’s the best part of being dead?

  • It isn’t escaping your boss or ex or deleting your criminal record.
  • The best part about being dead is the freedom.
  • The freedom to fight the injustice and evil that lurk in our world with no one or anything to slow you down or tell you “no.”

With Bay’s classic style, 6 Underground introduces a new action hero—six individuals, each the very best in their field, from around the globe.

The leader, Ryan Reynolds, hired them for their skill and desire to delete their pasts to change the future. The vigilante squad intends to ensure that they take down notorious criminals and evil dictators. While the leader and his fellow operatives are no longer remembered, their actions damn sure will be.

One is the leader, played by Reynolds. He’s a billionaire making his fortune through technology. He’s seeking redemption for former mistakes. Two, played by Melanie Laurent, is a former CIA operative. Three, played by Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, is a hitman. Four, played by Ben Hardy, is a parkour specialist. Five, played by Adria Arjona, is a doctor. Six, played by Dave Franco, is a driver and getaway expert.

The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard

Attractive, Mainstream Comedy “The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard”

Directed by Patrick Hughes, The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard follows the world’s most lethal odd couple — bodyguard Michael Bryce, played by Ryan Reynolds, and hitman Darius Kincaid, played by Samuel L. Jackson. They return for another life-threatening mission. Still unlicensed and under scrutiny, Darius’s even more volatile wife, the infamous international con artist Sonia Kincaid, played by Salma Hayek, forces Bryce into action.

The movie is now streaming with nothing but entertainment with silly and hilarious scenes.

He’s driven over the edge by his two most dangerous protectees. The trio gets in over their heads in a global plot and soon finds that they all stand between Europe and a vengeful and powerful madman, played by Antonio Banderas. Joining in the fun and deadly mayhem is Morgan Freeman as a mystery man.

Free Guy

“Free Guy” Improves Through High Tech Gaming Characters in a Colorful World

Directed by Shawn Levy, Free Guy follows a bank teller, played by Ryan Reynolds. He discovers that he’s actually an NPC inside a brutal, open-world video game.

Also starring in the movie are Taika Waititi and Jodie Comer.

The Croods: A New Age

“The Croods: A New Age” Daring to Compare to the Original

Directed by Joel Crawford, The Croods: A New Age is a sequel to the 2013 film called The Croods. In the first movie, we meet the first family, The Croods, of the prehistoric era. The Oscar-nominated comedy is about a clan dealing with their changing world, which captivated global audiences, reminding us of the family’s timeless importance.

With the sequel, we get to see just how little we’ve evolved with an all-new adventure back in time with The Croods: A New Age. Returning stars Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Catherine Keener, Cloris Leachman, and Clark Duke welcome Leslie Mann and Peter Dinklage to the film’s cast as The Croods face their biggest threat since leaving the cave—another family.

“6 Underground” Poster and Trailers

Directed by Michael Bay, 6 Underground, stars Ryan Reynolds as One in a new kind of action hero.

One is the leader of five other untraceable agents, totally off the grid. They’ve buried their pasts so they can change the future.

Michael Bay is a director and producer and is best known for launching the Transformers franchise.

Written by Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, the movie plays on Netflix, and the rest of the cast includes Ryan Reynolds, Mélanie Laurent, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo.

Absolutely Lowest But Good “Deadpool 2” Trailers and Poster

Directed by David Leitch, Deadpool 2 arrives with cafeteria chef Wade Wilson or Deadpool, played by Ryan Reynolds. Wilson survived a near-fatal bovine attack, though it disfigured him, and he still is trying to make his dream come true, becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender. While he is learning to cope with his lost sense of taste, he is still trying to add more spice to his life as he battles a sundry of squirrelly characters that make no sense.

Leitch directed Charlize Theron in the 2017 comedy-thriller Atomic Blonde, which I wrote about earlier. It seems he likes to direct movies that are not all that serious and have some over-the-top humor.

Josh Brolin also stars as Nathan Summers or Cable. He looks to be Deadpool’s nemesis. The trailers and clips below are crazy and weird, but that is how Deadpool movies play out on the screen, so enjoy them and try to figure out the storyline. I sure didn’t.
