The Addams Family 2

“The Addams Family 2” Launching a Weird Zinger

The Addams Family 2

Three directors, Greg Tiernan, Laura Brousseau, and Kevin Pavlovic, helmed the next Addams Family animated installment, rightfully called The Addams Family 2.

The Addams get tangled up in more wacky adventures and find themselves involved in hilarious run-ins with many unsuspecting characters. It looks like the same voice actors have returned for the sequel. The same cast includes Charlize Theron, Chloë Grace Moretz, and Oscar Isaac.

Take it fast with F9

Sure Fire “F9: The First Saga” Trailer, Posters, TV Ad

Go Fast and Furious with two brothers.

The following Fast and Furious premise is, “No matter how fast you are, no one outruns their past.”

The next franchise title is short and sweet. Appropriately, the film is F9 for the ninth chapter in the adventure that has endured just about two decades, earning over $5 billion worldwide.

Directed by Justin Lin, the story follows Vin Diesel’s Dom Toretto as he leads a quiet life off the grid with Letty and his son, little Brian, but they know that danger always lurks just over their peaceful horizon.

This time, that threat will force Dom to confront the sins of his past if he’s going to save those he loves most. His crew forms up to stop a world-shattering plot led by the most skilled assassin and high-performance driver they’ve ever encountered: a man who also happens to be Dom’s forsaken brother, Jakob (John Cena, next year’s The Suicide Squad).

Justin Lin returns as director. He directed the franchise’s third, fourth, fifth, and sixth sequels when it became a global blockbuster. The action hurtles around the globe—from London to Tokyo, from Central America to Edinburgh, and from a secret bunker in Azerbaijan to the teeming streets of Tbilisi. Along the way, old friends show up, old foes will return, history becomes rewritten, and the true meaning of family goes through a test like never before.

The film stars returning cast members Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang, with Oscar winners Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron. F9 also features Grammy-winning superstar Cardi B as a new franchise character named Leysa. She arrives as the woman with a connection to Dom’s past and a cameo by Reggaeton sensation Ozuna.

Monumental Revenge “Bombshell” Posters, Clips & Trailers

kidman, robbie, theron

Directed by Jay Roach, Bombshell focuses on the stories of multiple female Fox News employees. If you like following the headlines, then you should know about this story.

The movie follows three females, Megyn Kelly, Gretchen Carlson, and Kayla Pospisil, played by Charlize Theron, Nichole Kidman, and Margot Robbie, respectively. The movie focuses on their altercations with founder Roger Ailes, played by John Lithgow

The Blu-ray and DVD are available on Amazon, or you can stream it on your device as well.

Kate McKinnon, Malcolm McDowell, and Allison Janney also star in the movie written by Charles Randolph.

The casting is explosive, and the movie explains what the headlines failed to tell us correctly.

The next three movie clips are entertaining and heartfelt with a bit of wit and sarcasm.

The next clip is Lithgow as Roger Ailes, and he resonates as the news mogul.

“The Addams Family” Animated Movie Poster, Clips & Trailers

The next installment of The Addams Family is an animated family.

Co-directed by Conrad Vernon and Greg Tiernan, The Addams Family, like the television series, the animated movie is silly and dorky. The infamous family once again arrives in a different version – animated.

The television show went from featured film to Broadway and now back as an animated feature film. The family’s trademark of snapping their fingers is being played up in the trailer.

The studio is calling the movie the “first animated comedy about this creepy and kooky clan.” The conflict that keeps the story the movie interesting is not revealed yet. We know the family is still weird, outlandish, bizarre, and keeping to the original Addams Family behavior from the television show.

The all-star voice cast includes Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Chloë Grace Moretz, Finn Wolfhard, Nick Kroll, Bette Midler, and Allison Janney.

Here is the Instagram version of the trailer. The difference is it’s shorter, and there are captions like a meme.

The next trailer tells us more about the story. Wednesday altering the class Science project by bringing the frogs back to life is hilarious.

The next movie clip shows what to expect from beginning to the end of the movie – intentional mishaps to and fro.

The next clip is for those diehard fans who watched the television series, Broadway show, and movies.

“Long Shot” Trailers, Clips, Interviews & Posters

Directed by Jonathan Levine, Long Shot is a comedy about the pratfalls of politics and unrequited love.

The movie follows two unsuspecting people. Fred Flarsky, played by Seth Rogen, writes as a free-spirited journalist with an affinity for trouble. Charlotte Field, played by Charlize Theron, takes on the world as one of the most influential women. Smart, sophisticated, and accomplished, she’s a powerhouse diplomat with a talent for mostly everything.

Flarsky and Field share nothing in common, except that she was his babysitter and childhood crush. When Fred unexpectedly reconnects with Charlotte, he charms her with his self-deprecating humor and his memories of her youthful idealism. As she prepares to make a run for the Presidency, Charlotte impulsively hires Fred as her speechwriter, much to the dismay of her trusted advisors.

On unfamiliar ground, Fred learns he hasn’t a clue for her glamorous lifestyle in the limelight. All is not lost, opposites do attract and their unmistakable chemistry leads to a round-the-world romance and a series of unexpected and dangerous incidents.

Of course, how will the romantic story end with the need to please the public life as a politician? The title “Long Shot” is for Field’s campaign or Flarsky and her have a chance of making it as a couple in public life.

The rest of the cast includes Seth Rogen, Charlize Theron, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Andy Serkis, June Diane Raphael, Bob Odenkirk, and Alexander Skarsgard. Skarsgard is also starring in The Humingbird Project.

The trailer is cute but pulls out before we can savor the funny punch lines. It is the first trailer, so the second one, hopefully, shows more funny stuff worth watching.

The red band trailer plays pretty clean compared Rogen’s Good Boys red band trailer. Theron appears content and hilarious. The movie proves casting opposites attract.

Red Carpet interviews some times reveal insightful tidbits about actors working together. Theron is candid and speaks highly of Rogen intuitive comedy and supporting her comedic timing throughout production.

Rogen comes across conservative, but he is hilarious. He speaks will of Theron.

Chemistry is my first thought about the movie clip called “Dating.” Rogen definitely creates the chemistry in this clip.

This featurette shows how the two stars work together. They seem different in an inteview than in a movie clip like the one above.

The movie clip about her micro napping while standing up is funny. I don’t know anyone who does that, so it is kind of fun to watch. I laughed right at the end of the clip. Rogen is funny.

The next two clips sold me on this movie. Rogen is so host in his performance.

The next trailer is short but shows Rogen’s character as a fish out of water. I hope they don’t play too much on this during the movie. I am sure he will be redeemed because that makes an interesting and heartfelt story.

Gringo Trailers and Poster

Directed by Nash Edgerton, Gringo looks like a lot of fun and action starring  David Oyelowo, Charlize Theron, Joel Edgerton, Amanda Seyfried, Thandie Newton, and Sharlto Copley.

Perspective on Survival “Tully” Trailers and Clips

Directed by Jason Reitman, who brought you Juno and Young Adult, Tully follows Marlo, a housewife of three, played by Charlize Theron. Her brother gifts her a nighttime nanny named Tully, played by Mackenzie Davis. Marlo is initially uncertain about the extravagance, and she forms a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young Tully.

The trailer is touching and honest, but they have released not very much information about the movie except this trailer.

I laughed when I saw this clip. Not because it was funny but because of the way Theron delivered her lines. A true breastfeeding mother who tries to make the best of it.

Here is a poignant movie clip about the tough time that Theron’s character or all mothers go through.

The second trailer differs a little from the first trailer. We get to see the husband and more of the children.

“Atomic Blonde” Trailer, Clips, and Interviews

Directed by David Leitch and starring Oscar winner Charlize Theron, Atomic Blonde appears to be a breakneck action-thriller that follows MI6’s most lethal assassin through a ticking time bomb of a city simmering with revolution and double-crossing hives of traitors. But it is actually a hilarious movie. The trailer is such a wonkier.

The crown jewel of Her Majesty’s Secret Intelligence Service, Agent Lorraine Broughton, played by Theron, is equal parts spycraft, sensuality, and savagery, willing to deploy any of her skills to stay alive on her impossible mission. Sent alone to Berlin to deliver a priceless dossier out of the destabilized city, she partners with embedded station chief David Percival, played by James McAvoy, to navigate her way through the deadliest game of spies. Does this make any sense? It’s hilarious.

The rest of the cast is just awesome. The movie also stars John Goodman, Til Schweiger, Eddie Marsan, Sofia Boutella and Toby Jones. The film is based on the graphic novel series The Coldest City by Antony Johnston and illustrator Sam Hart.

These two interviews with Charlize and Sofia are well thought out. Charlize mentions Apartheid and Berlin during the Cold War. Sofia talks about how stunt work is quite different than dancing.

I am having fun watching the clips. They are so much fun and funny.

“The Fate of the Furious” Trailer

Directed by F. Gary Gray, The Fate of the Furious begins where Dom and Letty are on their honeymoon, and Brian and Mia have retired from the game—and the rest of the crew—exonerated, the globetrotting team has found a semblance of a normal life. But when a mysterious woman, played by Charlize Theron, seduces Dom into the world of crime, he can’t seem to escape and a betrayal of those closest to him, they will face trials that will test them as never.

From the shores of Cuba and the streets of New York City to the icy plains off the arctic Barents Sea, our elite force will crisscross the globe to stop an anarchist from unleashing chaos the world’s stage… and to bring home the man who made them a family.

Also joining Vin Diesel is a returning all-star cast that includes Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Elsa Pataky, and Kurt Russell. Besides Theron, the series welcomes newcomers Scott Eastwood and Helen Mirren.

Another exceptional trailer that I like.

The Super Bowl Ad is an entire minute.
