Tom Cruise in “Mission Impossible: Fallout” Posters, Trailers, TV Spot, Featurettes

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, Mission: Impossible—Fallout follows Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt once again. The story is about how the best intentions often come back to haunt you.

The movie finds Hunt and his IMF team, played by Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, and Ving Rhames, along with some familiar allies, played by Rebecca Ferguson and Michelle Monaghan, in a race against time after a mission gone wrong.

Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast, and filmmaker McQuarrie returns to direct his second Mission: Impossible movie.

The next poster is called “Sunburst.” The colors and characters let us know we are in for an adventure.

The poster says it all. Certainly, Ethan Hunt will work with his team to save the world from malevolence. The stellar cast is phenomenal, something to look forward to seeing in the movie theater.

The featurette talks about Cruise’s stunts and shows footage we haven’t seen yet.

The following trailer tells us about the story, filled with action, Tom Cruise stunts, and the bad guys.

I watched Top Gun the other night. Tom Cruise made that movie great. He is such a brilliant actor—and cute, too! Here, he is performing another impossible stunt.

Aerial Featurette is fantastic, with Tom Cruise flying the helicopter and doing spirals.

The movie trailer is fantastic, pure entertainment.

The TV Spot is shorter but fine.

Baldwin Voices “The Boss Baby”

Directed by Tom McGrath, The Boss Baby is a hilariously universal story about how a new baby’s arrival affects a family, told from the delightfully unreliable point of view of a wildly imaginative 7-year-old named Tim.

He wears a suit, speaks with the voice and wit of Alec Baldwin, and headlines in the animated comedy with a sly, heart-filled message about the importance of family. The Boss Baby looks hilarious and should appeal to the entire family.

Its core message is about adapting to a new baby in the family. Families can’t divide their love, which makes it easy for parents and kids to relate to the film. The movie also highlights selflessness and sibling bonding. Parents see a positive theme beneath the exaggerated comedy.

The Boss Baby is a family movie since it gives children the enjoyment and silliness they want while offering parents a narrative about family learning to adjust and build togetherness.

Beatty and Collins in “The Rules Don’t Apply”

Written and directed by Warren Beatty, The Rules Don’t Apply is about an aspiring young actress, played by Lily Collins, and her ambitious young driver, played by Alden Ehrenreich. They both struggle, hopefully, with the absurd eccentricities of the wildly unpredictable billionaire Howard Hughes, played by Beatty, for whom they work.

It’s Hollywood, 1958. Small town beauty queen, songwriter, and devout Baptist virgin Marla Mabrey, under contract to the infamous Howard Hughes, arrives in Los Angeles. At the airport, she meets her driver, Frank Forbes, who is engaged to his 7th-grade sweetheart and is a deeply religious Methodist.

Their instant attraction not only puts their religious convictions to the test but also defies Hughes’ #1 rule: no employee has any relationship with a contract actress.

Hughes’ behavior intersects with Marla and Frank in very separate and unexpected ways. As they are drawn deeper into his bizarre world, they challenge their values, which changes their lives.

I am just so happy and delighted that Beatty has another movie to watch. He’s one of my favorite filmmakers.
