The whole gang is back for more.

Co-written and directed by Jake Kasdan, Jumanji: The Next Level brings the gang back together, but this time the game shifts.

The players return to Jumanji to rescue one of their own. They discover that nothing is as they expect. The players will face brave parts unknown and unexplored, from the arid deserts to the snowy mountains, in order to escape the world’s most dangerous game.

Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg co-wrote the screenplay with Kasdan. All three worked on Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle with Kasdan directing.

The cast includes Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, Nick Jonas, Awkwafina, Ser’Darius Blain, Madison Iseman, Morgan Turner, Alex Wolff, Danny Glover, and Danny DeVito.

“The Dead Don’t Die” Trailer and Poster

Written and directed by Jim Jarmusch, The Dead Don’t Die takes place in a peaceful town of Centerville. The inhabitants find themselves battling an enormous amount of zombies as the dead rise from their graves.

Focus Featurettes is calling this more “the greatest zombie cast ever disassembled.” The all-star cast includes Bill Murray, Adam Driver, Tilda Swinton, Chloë Sevigny, Steve Buscemi, Danny Glover, Caleb Landry Jones, Rosie Perez, Iggy Pop, Sara Driver, RZA, Selena Gomez, Carol Kane, and Tom Waits.

Jarmusch worked with both Murray and Driver in Broken Flowers and Paterson respectively.

Watching the trailer is so funny. I bellied laughed and laughed. The cast must have had a great time filming this movie. It’s hilarious.

“The Old Man & the Gun” Trailers, Featurettes, and Poster

Written and directed by David Lowery, The Old Man & the Gun is based on the true story of Forrest Tucker and his audacious escape from San Quentin at the age of 70 to an unprecedented string of heists that confounded authorities and enchanted the public.

Robert Redford, Casey Affleck, and Sissy Spacek with Elizabeth Moss and Danny Glover as co-stars.

Lowery works as both writer and director on his films. He tends to work with Casey Affleck. His credits include A Ghost Story, Pete’s Dragon, and Ain’t Them Bodies Saints.

A great featurette about the director who also wrote the screenplay.

The “The Sundance Kids Reunited” is a great featurette. It is so cool to see a story like this in the film business.

The “Playing Icons” featurette is fun to watch because it tells the story and shows how fun the movie is to watch.

The movie trailer shows more of what will happen in the movie. The cast list is stellar.

The movie trailer tells the story pretty well, and I love the scenes with Redford and Spacek.

“Proud Mary” Trailer

Directed by Babak Najafi, the movie follows Mary, played by Taraji P. Henson as a hit woman working for an organized crime family in Boston. Her life is completely turned around when she meets a young boy whose path she crosses when a professional hit goes bad.

The poster looks retro 1960s, which is fun to see. With that, Najafi directed London has Fallen. Proud Mary is so different that it will be interesting to watch.
