“Sitting in Bars With Cake” Trailer, Clips, and Images

Trish Sie directed Sitting in Bars With Cake, inspired by true events. The film follows best friends Jane, played by Yara Shahidi, and Corinne, played by Odessa A’zion.

Navigating life in Los Angeles in their twenties, the ultimate extrovert, Corinne convinces her shy but extremely talented home baker best friend Jane to commit to a year of baking cakes. Then they bring them to bars to meet people and develop confidence called “cakebarring.”

During their year of “cakebarring,” Corinne receives a life-altering diagnosis, and the pair face a challenge unlike anything they’ve experienced before. Sitting in Bars with Cake isn’t only a madcap joyride through some of L.A.’s most colorful watering holes. It’s a moving celebration of female friendship, forging identity, and finding joy in unexpected places.

Ron Livingston, Bette Midler, and Martha Kelly also star in the film.

“Dreamin’ Wild” Trailer, Poster and Images

Dreamin’ Wild is a true story of love and redemption. It’s about Donnie Emerson, played by Casey Affleck, and his family. His album was rediscovered after thirty years and was praised by music critics.

Rediscovering the album brings up buried emotions for Donnie, Nancy, Joe, and Don Sr. as they face their past and newfound fame.

Directed by Bill Pohlad, other cast members are Noah Jupe, Jack Dylan Grazer, Beau Bridges, Walton Goggins and Chris Messina.

Alexander Payne directed The Holdovers movie from a screenplay by David Hemingson. It tells the story of a grumpy teacher, played by Paul Giamatti, who babysits some students during Christmas break.

Reinaldo Marcus Green directed Bob Marley: One Love, which honors Bob Marley’s life and celebrates the iconic reggae musician, portrayed by Kingsley Ben-Adir. The story follows his rise to fame and his courage to support human rights.

Liam Neeson stars in Retribution, an immersive ticking-clock thriller in a high-octane ride of redemption and revenge.

Directed by Nimrod Antal, the story begins with a mysterious caller who puts a bomb under his car seat, Matt Turner, played by Neeson. Then, a high-speed chase occurs across the city to complete specific tasks. Matt is in a race against time to save his kids from a bomb in the back seat of the car he’s driving, following a stranger’s dangerous instructions.

“Sound of Freedom,” True Story – Human Rights Hero

Written by Alejandro Monteverde and Rod Barr and directed by Alejandro Monteverde, Sound of Freedom stars Jim Caviezel, who plays a federal agent who quit his job and devoted his life to rescuing children around the world from human trafficking.

“This is the second most important film I’ve done behind Passion of The Christ,” declared Caviezel.

Justin Kuritzkes wrote the screenplay, and Luca Guadagnino directed Challengers. The film stars Zendaya as Tashi Duncan, a former tennis prodigy, coach, and force of nature. She makes no apologies for her game on and off the court.

The studio is calling this the first trailer. However, scroll down, and you’ll see the MGM trailer, which is milder than the trailer here. Josh O’Connor can play such a good scumbag.

Married to a champion on a losing streak, played by Mike Faist of West Side Story, Tashi’s strategy for her husband’s redemption takes a surprising turn.

Written for the screen and directed by Cory Finley, Landscape with Invisible Hand is based on the Book by: M.T. Anderson.

Two teens, played by Kylie Rogers and Asante Blackk, plan to secure their families’ futures in a world of alien rule, where the aliens have advanced technology. The teenagers pose as boyfriend and girlfriend to earn viewer shares. But they fake it to make money.

Tiffany Haddish also stars in the film.

Scorsese and DiCaprio “Killers of the Flower Moon”

Martin Scorsese co-wrote the screenplay with Eric Roth and directed Killers of the Flower Moon based on David Grann’s best-selling book.

The film follows Ernest Burkhard, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, and Mollie Kyle, played by Lily Gladstone, in an improbable romance. At the turn of the 20th century, oil brought a fortune to the Osage Nation, who became some of the wealthiest people in the world overnight.

The wealth of these Native Americans attracted white interlopers. They manipulated, extorted, and stole as much Osage money as possible before committing murder.

The movie also stars Robert De Niro and Jesse Plemons.
