\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>Directed by Ridley Scott, All the Money in the World<\/em> follows the kidnapping of 16-year-old John Paul Getty III, played by Charlie Plummer, and the desperate attempt by his devoted mother Gail, played by Michelle Williams to convince his billionaire grandfather, played by Kevin Spacey, to pay the ransom.<\/p>\n

Getty Sr. refuses, and Gail attempts to sway him as her son\u2019s captors become increasingly volatile and brutal. With her son\u2019s life in the balance, Gail and Getty\u2019s advisor, played by Mark Wahlberg, become unlikely allies in the race against time that ultimately reveals the true and lasting value of love over money.<\/p>\n

Watching the movie\u2019s trailer, the acting is superb and the story will drive the movie. I didn\u2019t even recognize Spacey, which is awesome. It looks like he is truly playing a different role than is usual tough guy image.\u00a0 Michelle Williams as the distraught mother is brilliant. I am sensing Mark Walberg is in a career-defining role.<\/p>\n
