“Dangerous” Action Movie With Mel Gibson and Scott Eastwood

Written by Christopher Borrelli and directed by David Hackl, Dangerous follows ex-con Dylan Forrester, played by Scott Eastwood. He attempts to reform his life outside of prison by seeing a psychiatrist, played by Mel Gibson.

In the trailer, Gibson’s portrayal of the psychiatrist is accurate, having psychotic episodes. Because Dylan’s brother dies under mysterious circumstances, he risks his freedom by taking off to find answers about his brother’s death.

The eccentric psychiatrist stays in touch by phone to ensure his patient remains stable. In fact, it is the psychiatrist who has lost his marbles, which is fun to watch in the trailer. During this time, Dylan is sidestepping the FBI agent, played by Famke Janssen, and confronting a gang of mercenaries who are also in the same pursuit as Dylan. The leader of the thugs, played by Kevin Durand, is hellbent on discovering the secrets. So, Dylan has to use his criminal mind to survive his latest pursuit.

The thriller also stars Tyrese Gibson.

Take it fast with F9

Sure Fire “F9: The First Saga” Trailer, Posters, TV Ad

Go Fast and Furious with two brothers.

The following Fast and Furious premise is, “No matter how fast you are, no one outruns their past.”

The next franchise title is short and sweet. Appropriately, the film is F9 for the ninth chapter in the adventure that has endured just about two decades, earning over $5 billion worldwide.

Directed by Justin Lin, the story follows Vin Diesel’s Dom Toretto as he leads a quiet life off the grid with Letty and his son, little Brian, but they know that danger always lurks just over their peaceful horizon.

This time, that threat will force Dom to confront the sins of his past if he’s going to save those he loves most. His crew forms up to stop a world-shattering plot led by the most skilled assassin and high-performance driver they’ve ever encountered: a man who also happens to be Dom’s forsaken brother, Jakob (John Cena, next year’s The Suicide Squad).

Justin Lin returns as director. He directed the franchise’s third, fourth, fifth, and sixth sequels when it became a global blockbuster. The action hurtles around the globe—from London to Tokyo, from Central America to Edinburgh, and from a secret bunker in Azerbaijan to the teeming streets of Tbilisi. Along the way, old friends show up, old foes will return, history becomes rewritten, and the true meaning of family goes through a test like never before.

The film stars returning cast members Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang, with Oscar winners Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron. F9 also features Grammy-winning superstar Cardi B as a new franchise character named Leysa. She arrives as the woman with a connection to Dom’s past and a cameo by Reggaeton sensation Ozuna.

“Morbius” Trailer of Marvel’s Dangerously Enigmatic Antihero

Some call Morbius one of Marvel’s most compelling and conflicted characters. The comic book character comes to the big screen with Jared Leto transforming into the enigmatic antihero, Michael Morbius.

Dangerously ill with a rare blood disorder, and determined to save others suffering his same fate, Dr. Morbius attempts a desperate gamble. What at first appears to be a radical success soon reveals itself to be a remedy potentially worse than the disease.

Daniel Espinosa directed Morbius with the story by Matt Sazama & Burk Sharpless and the screenplay by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless and Art Marcum and Matt Holloway. The rest of the cast includes Matt Smith, Adria Arjona, Jared Harris, Al Madrigal, and Tyrese Gibson. It’s refreshing to see a surprise appearance of Michael Keaton, who is not on the cast list yet.

“Black and Blue” Poster, Trailer, Featurettes & Clips

Directed by Deon Taylor, the movie Black and Blue follows a rookie cop, played by Naomie Harris. The fast-paced action thriller begins when she inadvertently captures the murder of a young drug dealer on her body cam.

After realizing that the murder was committed by corrupt cops, she teams up with the one person who is not a cop, played by Tyrese Gibson, from her community who is willing to help her as she tries to escape both the criminals out for revenge and the police who are desperate to destroy the incriminating footage.

The last two movies Taylor directed were The Intruder and Traffik, and the screenplay is by Peter A. Dowling who wrote the script for Flightplan.

The rest of the cast includes Frank Grillo, Mike Colter, Reid Scott, Beau Knapp, and Nafessa Williams.

The featurette shows a movie worth seeing. The scenes look tight, and the story is strong.

The next two movie clips are in the trailer, but you see more of the storyline.

The featurettes tell a little more about the movie, but the footage is almost the same. There is also a little more footage not in the prior clips and trailer.

“The Fate of the Furious” Trailer

Directed by F. Gary Gray, The Fate of the Furious begins where Dom and Letty are on their honeymoon, and Brian and Mia have retired from the game—and the rest of the crew—exonerated, the globetrotting team has found a semblance of a normal life. But when a mysterious woman, played by Charlize Theron, seduces Dom into the world of crime, he can’t seem to escape and a betrayal of those closest to him, they will face trials that will test them as never.

From the shores of Cuba and the streets of New York City to the icy plains off the arctic Barents Sea, our elite force will crisscross the globe to stop an anarchist from unleashing chaos the world’s stage… and to bring home the man who made them a family.

Also joining Vin Diesel is a returning all-star cast that includes Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Elsa Pataky, and Kurt Russell. Besides Theron, the series welcomes newcomers Scott Eastwood and Helen Mirren.

Another exceptional trailer that I like.

The Super Bowl Ad is an entire minute.
